Y’all leave me the sweetest messages and ask me the funniest questions. I love getting email from you and try my darn-well best to reply to each one—and then I get lost in the archives of your blogs to try to get to know you better. My inbox has become like a little treasure box where I never know what I’ll find. I’m working on a post where I share with you some of the jewels I’ve gotten from you. Speaking of jewels……..
I recently got an email from Lisa Leonard asking me to partner with her and to support her lovely jewelry. I pulled my psoas muscle doing a hitchkick and yelled through the house, “Lisa Leonard sent me an email. WHAT?!! Thanks for the give away. I've been reading your blog since almost the beginning. My husband and I joined a Lutheran church in fall of 07 (I was born and raised a Pentecostal). I've enjoyed your writings on Christianity and the Lutheran church. I also took on the task of homeschooling my two daughters (8, 6) this year. Your blogs on homeschooling have been an inspiration in my own goal setting and curriculum choices. Having read your FAQ section just recently, this aussie mum has FALLEN in love with Lisa's gorgeous silver art. I really like jewelry that's not just pretty to look at but meaningful. Lisa's beautiful pieces remind me of one of my favorite books, Charms for the Easy Life. Certainly inscribed pendants count in my book as charms. I am tempted to print out and/or book mark this post for a certain boyfriend who claims I am hard to buy for. First off, I a new reader to this blog… I don't even read blogs! I was 'introduced' to "Life In Grace" from a fellow Christian, homeschooling mom and I am HOOKED! Only on this one though… I've surfed around and checked out other blogs, but this is my favorite. I love reading about Edie's style, humor, beautiful family, homeschooling stories, etc. I'm just so inspired by her!!!
