My good friend Tara, the sweetest blog friend ever and blogger at Between You and Me, sent me this wonderful custom-made sign and I’m nearly speechless. It’s amazing y’all! I cherish it and am so thankful to her and Andy for gifting me with something so special. This thing is the real McCoy. It’s 4 feet by 2 feet and it is soooo well constructed. She has a gift for you too. Mention LIFEINGRACE in the subject of your email to them and you’ll receive a 10% discount on a custom sign of your own. The offer is good for the whole month of February.
It’s so perfectly distressed and so perfectly versed for our little family.
It comes ready to hang in your favorite spot. Email her husband Andy at andrewshanelowry@gmail.com to get your order placed.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tara 🙂 I will be blessed for many years to come!

Seeing that just brought me to tears. We had a fire three weeks ago and while we were spared as well as our home and pets, we went through weeks of a smoke damaged home before everything got cleaned up, due to waiting for insurance quotes and such. Our girls were living with different sets of grandparents and would cry every night as we were leaving them saying “why cant we just come home with YOU?” It was really hard but the Lord clearly spoke to me the night of the fire. Id been gripped by this terrible, overwhelming fear and as I was falling into bed that night I found one of my daughters verse cards (from kindergarten, last year) on my nightstand(I dont even know how it got there); it was the ‘F verse’: “Fear not, for I am with you.” Isaiah 43:5 In that moment I still didnt understand “why” we’d gone through this but I knew He was with me and that I didnt need to be a slave to that fear any longer.

Wow – that is so meaningful. I have been looking for some to make me a sign of Psalm 91:11. I lost my sister a few years ago and it brings me strength. I will email him today. Thank you!
Psalm 91:11
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

I love the book of Isaiah and the book of Job. My favorite is “Lord my ears have heard of you but now my eyes have seen” Job 42:6. Over the last four years, that has been so meaningful to me. Thanks for sharing this beautiful sign. Such sweet friends you have.

Edie,
I love this sign…it is beautiful. And what a wonderful word and reminder of the Lord’s promises. My husband wrote a song recently after some friends from our community lost thier home in a fire and I wondered if I might be able to share it with you. Let me know if I can email it.
