Love the curtains, mirror, ottoman, that pillow with the felt flower, and for reasons I’m not sure, the rhino head. The room is going to look great. Congrats on the walls coming up, and on moving forward.

This is the most perfect and most me girls room design I have ever seen in my life, and I am a design junkie. I’m not a fan of plates on the wall, but other than that, I totally dig this room and want to transplant it in my house. I can see why though…I have a dream book of clippings of rooms/decor I love. MOST of these EXACT same items are already in my dream book. 🙂 LOVE!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t rhinos symbolize being “thick skinned?” I think it’s quirky and fine … not sure about it next to the plates, though. I like the plates, are they the melamine ones?? I think they work and are true to your style:). I love the serena and lily duvet cover. I was “this close” to getting it for my 7 and 9 year old’s room when I redid it. A great duvet to grow on. Love it!! And on that note, I think that is what is so great about this room. It is 100% your style and has some great foundation pieces that can be kept when other things are swapped out for updates along the way. What a fun room!! Great job!

Um, I kind of want this room for myself. 🙂 I love how the bold, graphic rug plays off the blues, greens, and corals… and I think the rhino head is perfectly quirky and cool! (Sherry from Young House Love is always talking about/using ceramic animals, and it always looks fabulous!) The light fixture looks lovely too… Can’t wait to see it all come to fruition!
