Music and lyrics and one proud mama……..

There’s nothing quite like sitting at a concert and listening to your son sing and play.  I am so proud of him and so blessed to be his mama.  And I couldn’t be happier that he’s surrounded by such a talented and funny and committed group of guys.  So, given the fact that  you and I are tight and given the fact that my comments are closed and you can’t poke fun at me, I’m gonna share with you  the playlist on my ipod that I ran to on Wednesday, while I simultaneously share some photos from the concert last night.  I’ll sing a little line for ya too……virtually, of course.  Because I love lyrics.  And I crack myself up. And if it occurs to you that these songs aren’t really fast….well, neither am I.

Jason Wade from Lifehouse has always made me think of Taylor.  And since I didn’t get any good video of last nights’ concert, enjoy Lifehouse singing Take Me Away.
